NUFAM VIDEO PODCAST (16) International Truck of the Year 2027: Just how independent is this award, really, members of the jury?
The International Truck of the Year award has been presented for 50 years. In the NUFAM podcast, Marcus Walter talks to jury chairman Florian Engel and German jury member Oliver Willms about the independence of the award.
The International Truck of the Year award was presented for the first time in 1977. This year, therefore, the 24-member jury has presented the award for the 50th time. Volvo was the winner.
The jury is chaired by Florian Engel from 1Truck.TV in Austria. Germany is represented on the jury by Oliver Willms (long-distance lorry driver). Both were guests on the 16th episode of the NUFAM podcast and the first to be produced in collaboration with 1Truck.TV.
