Only about two percent of professional drivers in Germany are women. In general, the proportion of women in the commercial vehicle industry is rather low.
Christina Scheib is one woman who has been proving for many years that women can also drive 40-tonne trucks. The entrepreneur was a guest at NUFAM in September. Together with Florian Klag and Christian Walter, she recorded the first NUFAM live podcast.
The three talked about women in the industry, safety at rest stops and the question of how to increase the proportion of women in the driver's seat of trucks or in other positions in the commercial vehicle industry.
